The main office, in downtown Ukiah, is located in the historical CARNEGIE LIBRARY building, constructed and dedicated to the city of Ukiah by the Carnegie Foundation in 1918.

Beverly Sanders Realty Co. was originated in 1979 and moved to the library location after a complete restoration by Beverly in 1991.

The Willits office is conveniently located at the south end of town, on Hwy. 101, and offers plenty of parking.

Willits is known as the "Gateway to the Redwoods," the home of the famous Skunk Train and Seabiscuit.
